5 out of 5 starsSo my wedding is a week and half away (may 31) and I was super nervous about ordering online, because it was such short notice and you never know if you'll get the real thing. But! I placed my purchase May 4 with a promise that I will receive it in 2 weeks, (which was fine!) instead I got my dress in 3 DAYS! The dress is absolutely amazing and exactly like it is in the picture! I couldn't be more happier with the dress. There is small alterations I need to make such has the straps and length, but it's no biggy! Thank you Dahl!!!

1 out of 5 starsThis item did not fit to size - it was too big. I ordered a size small and had just had my bridal measurements, so it should have fit properly. The store insisted it was the correct measurements, so clearly the measurements do not align with those given by a tailor. My money was refunded, but not the HUGE shipping fees. Additionally, the quality of this dress is not worth the money. It is like casual/inexpensive department store quality. Pass.

The customer was unsatisfied so we kindly offered a FULL refund according to our terms. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and 43 out of 44 of our ratings are 5 stars, so we are viewing this as an unfortunate isolated incident which we handled diplomatically.

Dahl was very helpful throughout the entire process - I ordered this dress 1 month before my wedding and they kept in contact with me the entire time and had the dress at my doorstep two weeks after I placed the order. They also worked with my measurements to ensure the dress fit (I was about 15 weeks pregnant when I placed the order and will be 19 weeks at the wedding). Thank you so much!

5 out of 5 starsThis is a beautiful dress! Dahl was so easy to work with for my wedding dress it went without a catch. It shipped within the estimated limit and was as pictured. I ordered a large based on my measurements and it was a little bit big so I will have to get some alterations before the wedding. Definitely recommend this shop!
